Thank you so much for this clear difference between servant leadership and abusive leadership. More often, servant leadership is taught but not from this perspective. Servant leadership is seen as a set of things the leader must do for his followers but not as seeking to accomplish God's purpose for his people. Often, in serving others, we seek to serve ourselves. It's a service out of interest that we sometimes render, always hoping to receive something in return, and all this is done under the varnish of servant leadership.
